Electronic Key Control for More Secure Facilities

How many keys are handled daily at your facilities? (A typical hospital facility, for example, can manage hundreds or even thousands of physical keys!) Are you confident in your current management strategy? Even in the age of biometrics and swipe cards, physical keys continue to be mission-critical for every type of organization. We’ve partnered with the most recognized name in key control + asset management, Morse Watchmans, to bring businesses and organizations in Puerto Rico the best solution for managing, controlling, tracking and auditing their keys.

KeyWatcher systems to keep your keys in the right hands.

KeyWatcher® systems are electronic tamper-proof cabinets that can only be accessed by authorized users with pre-programmed PIN codes, access cards or biometrics. You decide who has permission to remove each key and they’re all accounted for at all times—with full tracking, reporting and alerts. Built stainless steel tough, the cabinet is designed to resist abuse and will trigger an alert if: force is used, an invalid user code is entered three times consecutively, door is left open + other defined events.

The system makes it easy to quickly identify keys, it’s extremely user-friendly and also accessible to the handicapped. It can be used as a standalone product or integrated with your existing security system. KeyWatcher systems can also be customized to meet your specific needs—add card slots, locker space and other modules to secure other items and scale up when you need to!

SmartKey Lockers to secure other assets.

SmartKey® Locker Systems deliver the same level of accountability as KeyWatcher, but for assets such as weapons, cash trays, laptops, hand-held radios, mobile phones and more. They can be set up as a personal locker storage space for one or multiple users. By integrating your SmartKey Locker system with your access control system, your will know which users are in the facility and which are not. A user who has taken an object from a SmartKey Locker cabinet can be denied egress from the facility until the object is returned – and selected management can be alerted automatically if an item has not been returned. Like all Morse Watchmans solutions, they’re customizable and scalable.
