This year marks our 25th anniversary — 25 years since our CEO Pedro J. Bonnin founded EAS Systems, Inc. in Ponce, Puerto Rico. Did you know we started out as an electronic apparel surveillance (EAS) integrator? (Soon became the sole distributor in Puerto Rico for Checkpoint Systems!) Fast forward to 2020 and we have become a leading provider of commercial physical & electronic security systems and technology solutions in Puerto Rico. And what an amazing journey it has been!
In these 25 years, we have embraced the constant change and evolution of the security and IT industry — wireless technology, IP cameras, VMS software, the cloud, biometrics… We have seen it all and have grown to provide an impressive array of cutting-edge solutions for Video Surveillance, Access Control, IDS, Intercom & P.A., Data Transmission, and most recently, Data Security. And during this year, as COVID-19 has impacted the world, we have had the opportunity to help businesses navigate regulations and integrate new technologies to keep employees and visitors safe.
